Accommodation Rules

Dear guests, welcome to our campsite and we wish you a happy stay.

 

Accommodation of guests

 

  • Rooms can be accessed on the day of arrival from 14:00 until 19:00.
  • Accommodation facilities can be provided to guests who properly register themselves. This means that guests will present to the site administrator their identity card, passport, or other valid document confirming their identity, immediately upon arrival. Guests will be registered based on these documents.
  • Guests will obtain a set of three keys: The first is for the entrance door to the central chalet, the second is the room key, and the third is for the gateway to the campsite.
  • Guests are obliged to vacate and release the room before 10:00 on the last day of their stay. In the event that guests do not release the accommodation without prior agreement with the responsible employee, they may be charged the price of an extra day’s accommodation by the administrator.
  • In the event that, on the departure day, the guest does not release the room or is not present at the determined time, the accommodation provider reserves the right to clear out and store all the guest’s belongings so that the room is available for the next reservation. In such case the guest will be charged an additional 1 day’s stay.

 

Rights and responsibilities of accommodated guests

 

  • Guests shall pay for the accommodation upon arrival or upon departure according to the valid price list. Payments shall be made in cash only.
  • Persons affected by an infectious disease may not be granted use of the accommodation facilities.
  • Guests are not permitted to move furniture or fittings, carry out repairs, or interfere with the electricity network or other installations in their room or communal areas.
  • Inside the accommodation building, and especially inside the rooms, it is not permitted to use one’s own electrical appliances. This prohibition does not refer to laptops or electrical appliances used for personal hygiene (electric shavers, hair dryers etc.).
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the building, and especially inside the rooms.
  • Using the washing machine and dryer in the central chalet is strictly prohibited.
  • Upon the day of departure, the guest is obliged to turn out the lights, take off the bedclothes, and tidy up after themselves. Next, they must hand over the key in person to the administrator. If guests intend to leave the boarding house during the early hours, they are obliged to leave the key inside the room
  • If a key is lost, a 1000 CZK must be paid in compensation.
  • For reasons of safety it is not appropriate to leave children in the room or in other areas of the site without adult supervision. Adults bear full responsibility for any damage caused by their children.
  • The room is handed over to the guest without any defects. If, during their stay, guests discover any defects or failures, it is in their own interest to report the failure to staff.
  • The equipment of rooms shall be used by guests only for the purposes for which such equipment was designed, and guests bear full responsibility or any damage caused either deliberately or through negligence. If the room is damaged deliberately, or if it is left in such an unclean state that it cannot be hired out again after cleaning, the guest shall pay in cash, on the spot, for the work necessary to correct the damage or restore cleanliness, as well as the full fee for such day(s).
  • An accommodated guest is not entitled to enable anyone to spend the night who has not been properly registered for accommodation and who has not paid the price of accommodation.
  • The operator is not responsible for items brought by the guest into the accommodation facility. The operator bears no responsibility for damage to the property of guests or for the theft of items left unsecured in freely accessible parts of the site.
  • Guests may park their vehicles in the car park in front of the campsite or inside the site for a fee. The accommodation provider offers no guarantee in the case of the theft of a vehicle or theft of items inside a vehicle.
  • During the period from 22:00 until 06:00, guest are obliged to abide by night-time quiet hours.

 

Final provisions

 

  • Guests are liable under the Civil Code and other applicable regulations for damage caused to the property of the accommodation facility.
  • Guests are obliged to comply with the provisions of these accommodation rules. In the case of a gross breach of these rules, the accommodation facility has the right to cancel the stay of a guest before the expiry of the agreed term.
  • The operator reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time
